Aluminium Formwork System In India
In 1998, M/s B. E. Billimoria & Co. ltd., of Mumbai (India) imported Aluminum Formwork to construct a residential housing complex for the Nagari Nivara Parishad housing project in Goregaon, Mumbai. This was the first project in India. The second project was done by M. S. Khurana Engineering of Ahmedabad to construct 1400 EWS units for the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority.
The third project was done by M/s Naiknavare & Associates in Pune to construct 660 2 BHK apartments in 15, 11 storey buildings. After experiencing the benefits of the system, M/s Naiknavare & Associates decided to develop similar formwork system in India, instead of importing the formwork.
Aluform
Naiknavare & Associates along with Innovators after a year of research and development developed an improved Aluminium Form Work System namely "Aluform" in the year 2002.
Improved quality leading to more number of repetitions was our main objective to indigenously develop Aluform.
The first system was supplied by Innovators for a 3 BHK project at Sylvan Heights, Aundh, Pune in the year 2002. Thereafter Innovators have supplied Aluminium form work systems for them for their various projects in and around Pune and Mumbai.
The Prem Enterprises Story
Prem Enterprises is a sister concern of Innovators. While Innovators manufactured new Aluminium formwork systems, we at Prem Enterprises, initially, provided the accessories and did repairing and modification of the Aluminium form work systems. However, since 2007, as required by our clients, Prem Enterprises has taken up the entire refurbishment work of aluminium form work systems. We undertake repairing and modification work of Aluminium form work systems, which includes designing, acid cleaning, modification and repairing of the existing systems and dry mock up.
