Aluform Design

Chemical Cleaning
Periodic cleaning of the Aluform system helps to increase the number of repetitions, smooth handling and finishing of the walls. We at Prem Enterprises use both mechanical and chemical processes in proportion, so that the material is not damaged and the welding remains intact. Chipping of excess concrete deposits, chemical treatment and finally water jet cleaning is done for each component individually.

Repair & Modification
Aluform systems develop some wear and tear over time. Timely repairing of the aluform system prevents material from further damage and helps to increase the number of repetitions. Dry Mock Up
We have an experienced and skilled team, who work hand in hand with our design team, to ensure a smooth mockup of the aluminum formwork. We make sure that the entire mock-up is checked and de-shutter the mock up, only after the client’s approval.
